Exhibitor's guide
Badges are issued April 19-20 during the check-in at the Exhibition Directorate counter in the foyer of Pavilion 2 of the Crocus Expo IEC.
Exhibitor badges are valid for entry to the exhibition halls for the entire period of the event:
April 17 from 12 p.m. to7.30 p.m.
April 18-20 from 8 a.m.to7.30 p.m.
April 21-23 from 8 a.m. to6.30 p.m.
April 24-25 from 8 a.m.to7.30 p.m.
April 26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- The stand design is to be agreed with the technical manager Stanislav Gruzdev (tech@dental-expo.com) until March 14.
- After signing the stand plan, an annex/invoice for additional equipment was sent to you. Please make sure it is duly paid.
Exclusive
- Allowed if the stand area is more than 21 sq.m. You choose a developer company on your own.
- Your developer must be accredited by Build Expo (general developer of Crocus Expo IEC). 7 days before the start of construction (for two-story stands - 14 days before the start of construction).
- Before concluding an agreement with the developer of an exclusive stand, make sure that this company is accredited at Crocus Expo IEC and there are no complaints from the general builder of the exhibition center - BuildExpo.

Make sure that you have ordered and paid for the technical connections until March 25.
For standard shell scheme you can order, if necessary: a socket (Application Form 4.1), Internet (Application Form 3.1).
In case of exclusive stand design, you need to order an electricity connection, having previously specified the required volume with the developer. Electricity and internet is ordered with Application Form 3.1.
