Krasnoyarsk was founded in 1628 as the fortified town of Krasny Yar by a Cossack detachment led by Andrei Dubensky. In the 17th and 18th centuries, it developed as a commercial and administrative center of Siberia, and in the 19th century, it became the capital of the Yenisei Governorate. Significant industrial growth occurred during the Great Patriotic War thanks to evacuated enterprises, as well as after the start of construction of the Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Station in 1955.
The dental industry in Krasnoyarsk can be characterized as competitive but promising, given proper planning and investment in quality, technology, and marketing.
