Attention! The presence of persons under 18 years old in the exhibition hall during construction period is prohibited.
The extension of work after 19:30 is calculated based on the stand area.

September 20, 08:00-15:00

Only small improvements are allowed.
Construction works and removal of garbage in the aisles after 3 p.m. on September 20, as well as in the morning of September 21, is not allowed.
Cleaning of the aisles begins at 4 p.m., all equipment must be removed from the aisles by that time.
The extension of construction works at the stands on the last day of installation (September 20) is prohibited.

Exhibitors' Move-in Terms

September 19, 3 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

Move-in of the exhibits for exhibitors with standart stands.

September 20, 8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.

Arrival of exhibitors, design of stands. The presence of a company employee at the stand from the moment of arrival until 7.30 p.m. is obligatory for the safety of the exhibits.

Working days and opening hours of the exhibition

September 21-23, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
September 24, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Exhibitors can enter the halls from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.strictly according to the badges of the exhibitors.
Mandatory presence at the booth of a company employee from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. for the safety of the exhibits.

Exhibitors' Move-out Terms

September 24, 2 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory until all exhibits are moved out.

Booths Dismantling

September 25, 8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.
September 26, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory until all exhibits are moved out.

ATTENTION! Exhibitor employees present during assembly/dismantling must wear the EXHIBITOR badge in a conspicuous place at all times in order to avoid receiving a fine from the general developer BuildExpo LLC. All persons present in the hall during assembly/dismantling must wear safety helmets, as well as other protective equipment required for specific types of work.

Ticket – the acquisition of the right to independently load or unload from/to a vehicle of a certain type by the exhibitor in the loading and unloading area (cargo gates area). The ticket is valid for a SINGLE entry to the cargo gates area during the assembly or dismantling of the event. The Exhibitor independently buys a ticket at the Service Center at the Crocus Expo IEC rates in advance by banktransfer until September 17, 2026 or in cash up on arrival. Cost of the ticket: passenger car RUB 3,000, truck and passenger car with trailer RUB 4,500.

The ticket must begiven to the driver of the Exhibitor's vehicle, which is sent for unloading/loading to the assembly gates in the general queue.
The Exhibitor’s vehicle may enter the loading/unloading area with a ticket. A security will mark on the ticket the time of the vehicle’s entry to the cargo gates area.
After unloading, the vehicle should immediately leave, freeing up space for other vehicles. A passenger car may remain in the loading/unloading area for 1 hour, and a truck for 2 hours.
Any time exceeded is extra paid at the Service Center of Crocus Expo IEC according to the rates of the exhibition center. Every extra 30 minutes over the standard period is charged 1,500 rubles.
The presence of vehicles on the territory of the Crocus City Exhibition Complex, including the territory of the Crocus Expo IEC, is subject to a fee of 15,000 rubles per day. Each day that begins is counted as a whole day.

HAND CARRIED LUGGAGE
Visitors are allowed to bring small hand luggage (maximum weight — 20 kg; maximum dimension — 60х60х60 cm or, overall dimensions, — 180 cm) via central entrances and metal detectors of Crocus Expo pavilions provided they can be inspected by representatives of the expo center security service.
Hand luggage items are: purses and shopping bags, suitcases, backpacks, paper folders, coats and raincoats, umbrellas and canes, strollers, wheelchairs for disabled people.
Items not related to hand luggage: equipment of any kind and purpose; items and details of furniture; boxes; packing materials; items and materials for decoration (banners, posters, air balls, plants and so on.); advertising structures.
Exhibits of any size, quantity and packaging type are allowed to be brought only through the mounting gates in the Zones of conducting loading and unloading works (access on vehicles by passes).

Print the contract and/or annex for participation received by e-mail from the Organizer. Sign and stamp at your company.

On September 19-20, during the arrival or on any day of the exhibition, visit the stand of the Exhibition Directorate in exhibition hall 5, hand the documents signed by you to the manager, and receive the originals of the invoice, annex and the statement signed by the organizer.
