Opening hours during construction and dismantling periods

Exhibition stand construction

September 17, 2 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.
September 18-19, 8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.

September 20, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Only minor modifications of the stands are allowed.
Construction works and garbage disposal in the aisles after 3 p.m. on September 20, as well as in the morning of September 21 are not allowed.
Extension of construction hours on the last day, September 20, is prohibited.

Move-in of the exhibitors

September 19, 3 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

September 20, 8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.

Arrival of exhibitors, design of stands. The presence of a company employee at the stand from the moment of arrival until 7.30 p.m. is obligatory for the safety of the exhibits.

Working days and opening hours of the exhibition

September 21-23, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
September 24, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Exhibitors can enter the halls from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.strictly according to the badges of the exhibitors.
Mandatory presence at the booth of a company employee from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. for the safety of the exhibits.

Move-out of the exhibits

September 24, 2 p.m. – 7.30 p.m.

The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory until all exhibits are moved out.

Booths dismantling

September 25, 8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m.
September 26, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory until all exhibits are moved out.
