12 p.m. – 7.30 p.m. Exhibition area buildup. Extension of work after 7.30 p.m. is calculated from the booth area.
Exhibitors may move into booths with exclusive construction from September 18 upon agreement with the booth developer. The presence of a company employee at the booth from the moment of move-in until 7:30 p.m. is mandatory for the safety of exhibits.
September 19
8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m. Exhibition area buildup. Extension of work after 7.30 p.m. is calculated from the booth area.
8 p.m. – 7.30 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits for exhibitors will exclusive stands. The presence of a company employee at the stand from the moment of arrival until 7.30 p.m. is mandatory for the safety of exhibits.
September 20
8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m. Exhibition area buildup. Extension of work after 7.30 p.m. is calculated from the booth area.
8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits for exhibitors will exclusive stands. The presence of a company employee at the stand from the moment of arrival until 7.30 p.m. is mandatory for the safety of exhibits.
3 p.m. – 7.30 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits for exhibitors will standart stands. Before the first connection to the electrical network at your stand, contact a representative of the technical operation department of BILDEXPO LLC and make sure that the electrical connection of your stand has already been made and the sockets are working correctly.
September 21
8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Exhibition area buildup. Only minor modifications of the stands are allowed. Extension of installation works on the last day of installation on September 21 is prohibited. Construction works, removal of garbage into the passages after 3 p.m. on September 21, as well as on the morning of September 22 are not allowed.
8 a.m. – 7.30 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits. Arrival of exhibitors, design of stands. The presence of a company employee at the stand from the moment of arrival until 7.30 p.m. is obligatory for the safety of the exhibits.
September 22-24
8 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. Exhibitors can enter the halls strictly according to the badges of the exhibitors. Mandatory presence at the booth of a company employee from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. for the safety of the exhibits.
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Opening hours for visitors.
September 25
8 a.m. - 7.30 p.m. Exhibitors can enter the halls strictly according to the badges of the exhibitors.
10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Openin hours for visitors.
2 p.m. - 7.30 p.m. Move-out of the exhibits. Mandatory presence at the booth of a company employee from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. for the safety of the exhibits.
September 26
8 a.m. - 12 a.m. Move-out of the exhibits. The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory until all exhibits are moved out.
