8 a.m. - 11 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits. Arrival of exhibitors, design of stands. The presence of a company employee at the stand from the moment of arrival until 11 p.m. is obligatory for the safety of the exhibits.
22-24 April
8 a.m. - 6.50 p.m. Working days and opening hours of the exhibition. Exhibitors can enter the halls from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. strictly according to the badges of the exhibitors. Mandatory presence at the booth of a company employee from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the safety of the exhibits.
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Opening hours for visitors.
25 April
8 a.m. - 7.50 p.m. Working days and opening hours for exhibitors.
10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Opening hours for visitors.
2 p.m. - 7.50 p.m. Move-out of the exhibits. The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is obligatory until the complete removal of all exhibits.

ATTENTION! Exhibitor employees present during assembly/dismantling must wear the EXHIBITOR badge in a conspicuous place at all times in order to avoid receiving a fine from the general developer BuildExpo LLC. All persons present in the hall during assembly/dismantling must wear safety helmets, as well as other protective equipment required for specific types of work.
