Consent to receive advertising and informational mailings
1. General Provisions
1.1. In accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006, "On Advertising," and acting freely, of my own free will, and in my own interests, confirming my legal capacity and legal competence, I (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject"), give this Consent to JSC "DE-5" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to receive advertising and informational mailings, which may contain news, announcements of future events, offers of special promotions, and other marketing communications not limited to information regarding exhibition registration or the fulfillment of obligations to the Subject.
1.2. This Consent is provided voluntarily and is not a mandatory condition for registration and participation in exhibitions. I have the right to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time by notifying the Operator or using the unsubscribe options specified in the relevant message (email, SMS, push notification, etc.).
1.3. The Operator sends newsletters in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation on advertising, consumer protection, and personal data.
2. Purpose and Content of Mailings
2.1. Advertising and informational newsletters include any messages containing information:
about exhibitions, congresses, and business events organized with the participation or support of the Operator;
about special promotions and bonus programs (e.g., ticket discounts, loyalty programs, privileges for regular participants);
about new services and opportunities available on the Operator's website or in the Liderexpo mobile app (or other);
About products and services of the Operator's partners that may be of interest to the Subject based on their profile, registration data, previous exhibition visits, etc.
2.2. The content of newsletters may vary in format, delivery method, and frequency. Messages may be delivered via:
email;
SMS messages to the specified phone number;
messengers (if the Subject has consented to such interaction and provided the relevant identifiers);
push notifications in a mobile app;
calls by a robot or live operators by phone (subject to separate consent, if required by advertising legislation);
other communication channels not prohibited by law.
2.3. The Subject agrees that the Operator has the right to conduct targeted (personalized) newsletters using data on previous event attendance, expressed interests, job title, or field of activity in order to create the most relevant offers.
2.4. This Consent does not apply to mailings necessary to fulfill obligations to the Subject (e.g., technical notifications related to access to the personal account, registration status messages, etc.). To send such notifications, the Operator may use the Subject's contact information without additional consent, in accordance with Article 152-FZ and other Russian laws.
3. Processed personal data and methods of transfer
3.1. For the purposes of this Consent, the Operator processes and uses the following categories of the Subject's personal data:
Full name (if available, used to personalize the message);
Contact information (email address, phone number, messenger login);
Job title, place of work, field of activity (if audience segmentation is necessary);
History of exhibition visits, interests indicated during registration and in the personal account.
3.2. Personal data processing for mailings is carried out automatically (via the Operator's internal and/or cloud-based CRM systems, email and SMS gateways, and push notification modules in applications).
3.3. The Operator may engage third parties (contractors) specializing in email marketing, SMS mailings, or push notifications for mailings, subject to the conclusion of appropriate agreements that include obligations to non-disclosure of personal data and confidentiality.
3.4. Personal data may not be transferred to the Operator's partners (exhibitors, sponsors, co-organizers) for direct marketing purposes without the Operator's participation without the Subject's separate consent, executed in accordance with the established procedure.
4. Consent Validity and Revocation Procedure
4.1. This Consent is valid from the moment it is provided until it is revoked by the Subject or the processing period for personal data under other documents expires (usually up to 10 years from the last interaction with the Operator).
4.2. The Subject may revoke their Consent at any time in one of the following ways:
by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in a received email or SMS message (or via another unsubscribe link/option);
by sending a request to the Operator's support service at info@dental-expo.com requesting that the Subject be excluded from receiving advertising mailings;
by logging into their personal account, disabling the option to receive advertisements and news in the notification settings (if such functionality is provided).
4.3. Upon revocation of Consent, the Operator is obligated to cease sending advertising messages to the Subject, with the exception of necessary system or transactional correspondence stipulated by other agreements.
4.4. Revocation of Consent does not entail the cessation of processing of PD for other purposes stipulated by other consents or agreements (e.g., for the purposes of registering for an exhibition or maintaining a website account).
5. Final Provisions
5.1. I consent to receive advertising information and confirm that I have carefully read all the terms of this Consent by:
(1) checking a box or selecting the appropriate option in the website or application interface, confirming my consent to receive advertising materials, or
(2) performing other actions that clearly confirm my consent (e.g., submitting an application, registering, clicking a hyperlink, or continuing to use the website if a banner regarding data processing is present).
These actions are qualified in accordance with Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ as a signature certifying the fact of consent.
5.2. I am aware that advertising materials may be sent by the Operator either independently or through third parties (processors) acting on the Operator's behalf. In any case, my personal data will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
