3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits for exhibitors wilh standart stands.
February 11
8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Exhibition area buildup. Only minor modifications of the stands are allowed.
8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Move-in of the exhibits for exhibitors wilh standart stands. The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory from the moment of arrival until 20.00 for the safety of exhibits.
February 12-13
8 a.m. - 7 p.m. Opening hours for exhibitors. Exhibitor badge only. The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is mandatory from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the safety of exhibits.
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Opening hours for visitors.
February 14
8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Opening hours for exhibitors.
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Opening hours for visitors.
3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Move-out of the exhibits. The presence of an employee of the company at the stand is obligatory until the complete removal of all exhibits.
February 15
8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Dismantling period.
Attention! Construction work, garbage disposal in the aisles after 5 p.m. on February 11, as well as on the morning of February 12 are not allowed. Extension of installation work on the last day of installation, February 11, is prohibited.
