This year, the Russian Dental Association (RDA)celebrated its 30th anniversary and presented 12 training symposiums to specialists:

• Modern aspects of the treatment of the dentoalveolar system with an interdisciplinary approach. Dentist, osteopath, speech therapist, physiotherapist (heads: Persin L.S., Mokhov D.E., Chechin A.D., Postnikov M.A.);
• Inflammatory diseases of bone tissue in the maxillofacial region. Diagnosis, treatment (supervisor Ivanov S.Yu.)
• The art of dental photography (Chikunov S.O., Shcherbakov V.);
• Three-dimensional technologies in diagnostics and treatment in outpatient dentistry (heads Ryakhovsky A.N., Chibisova M.A.);
• Problematic issues of periodontics and implantology (supervisors Orekhova L.Yu., Atrushkevich V.G.);
• Forensic medical examination in dentistry (headed by Yaremenko A.I., Soikher M.I., Trunin D.A.);
• Round table "Basics and procedure for monitoring the safety of medical devices. Responsibility of the manufacturer, supplier, clinic manager and doctor - where is the line? (heads Yaremenko A.I., Pavlenko I.V.);
• Creation of a transparent incisal edge with finishing contouring (supervisor Vinokur A.A.);
• Digital technologies in dentistry (supervisor Popov N.V.);
• Evaluation of the quality of gnathological treatment (supervisor Bulycheva E.A.)
• Modern aesthetic and functional restoration and practical endodontics - interdisciplinary parallels of the health of the dentoalveolar system (supervisor Mitronin A.V.);

On the first day of the conference, meetings of the commissions and committees of the Russian Dental Association (RDA) were held - "On clinical and expert issues", "On education", "On the organization and management of the dental service", the Profile Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for Pediatric Dentistry, the Control and Audit Commission, the Award commission under the President of the RDA. At the next meeting of the Board of the Dental Association of Russia, they discussed working issues and topics for consideration at the RDA Council.

On the second day of the official program of the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference, the meeting of the Council of the Russian Dental Association (RDA) was opened by the President of the RDA, Yaremenko A.I. with a report on the current state of affairs in the Association, the implementation of projects and immediate plans. The President also spoke about plans to create a "Conflict and Crisis Center of the AEO "RDA" where dentists from all over the country can apply for advice on almost all issues of concern to them. The chairmen of the commissions (committees) of the RDA reported to the Council members on the issues that were considered at the meetings held on the first day of the conference. They also considered the issue of paying membership fees (speaker Saleev R.A.) and the approval of the amounts of entrance and annual membership fees in the RDA (speaker - Yaremenko A.I.). Head of the Legal Department of the Russian Dental Association Vasiliev D.A. acquainted the Council members with the progress of work on the implementation of the program "Quality Stomatology RDA". Further, the Council considered the issues of approving the new Regulations "On the official register of the RDA lecturers" and the official register of the RDA lecturers for the period 2022-2025.

At the conclusion of the meeting of the Council, the President of the RDA Yaremenko A.I. awarded the honorary titles "Honored Dentist" Belenova Irina Alexandrovna, head of the department of the Voronezh State Medical University. On September 27, a round table was held on the grounds and procedure for monitoring the safety of medical devices. Responsibility of the manufacturer, supplier, clinic manager and doctor - where is the line? The round table was moderated by Irina Pavlenko, board member of the SRO "League", an independent expert on anti-corruption issues of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, general director of "Stoma-Dental".
The meeting addressed the following questions: "Internal quality control of medical care and control over the circulation of medical devices - how to implement the mandatory requirements in the clinic" (speaker Rozanchugova N.V.), "Ensuring the mandatory requirements for equipping the dental clinic - how to meet the equipment standard" ( speaker Lazarev S.V.), "New rules for the seizure of counterfeit, counterfeit and substandard medical devices" (speaker Pavlenko I.V.), "The practice of providing medical devices to dentistry in new conditions" (speaker Kozlov V.I.), "New regulation paradigm – registration of lots of medical devices in the RZN registry: how to affect the work of clinics" (speaker Maksimov A.A.)

Binko K.A. was the first to make a report on the strategy for the development of medicine in terms of the production and sale of medical devices in the near future. He elaborated on the participation of enterprises that are members of the Cosortium, including companies that are members of the Dental Industry Association:

• in creating conditions for increasing the share of domestic medical equipment and consumables that are in demand in the domestic and foreign markets;
• in the implementation of the plan for equipping and re-equipping medical institutions with domestic medical equipment in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation;
• in creating a system of technological cooperation between Russian enterprises of the medical industry.

The heads of the enterprises present at the meeting were able to discuss the pressing issues of the activities of enterprises in the conditions of sanctions and the presence of defects in raw materials and components, partial mobilization of company employees. The most topical issues in the activities of enterprises are the issues of registration of medical devices. These topics were discussed by N. G. Matinyan, Director of the Department for Registration of Medical Devices at Cliff Law Firm, with the report "Registration of Medical Devices - Simplification and Acceleration of the Procedure. Optimal and Possible Ways of Registration" and Shiryaev Dmitry Vladimirovich, a member of the Council of the Rossi, General Director of the company "VKh-Typhoon", with the report "Circulation of medical devices in Russia and the EAEU in the medium term from the point of view of the main expert organization of Roszdravnadzor".
As a result of the Conference, the participants proposed a number of measures aimed at supporting the entire dental industry: from simplifying the procedure for registering medical devices and importing dental products to state support for import substitution of missing materials and components. The participants approved a joint Appeal to the Government of the Russian Federation regarding the provision of reservations to employees of the pharmaceutical and medical industries to ensure the smooth operation of the industry.
