Thus, with due diligence, in order to fulfill contractual obligations, minimize customer losses resulting from force majeure circumstances, namely, the introduction of a ban on an event to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection, the announcement by the President of the Russian Federation of non-working hours until April 30, 2020 , as well as the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection in the Moscow Region (2019-nCoV), the Organizer approved the new dates for the exhibition: September 21-24, 2020. We hereby confirm that the annex to the contract for participation in the specified exhibition concluded with your company, retains its strength on agreed terms.
